Scholarship Information for International Applicants

There are only a very small number of international postgraduate research scholarships available at the ANU each year. The primary scholarship for international students is the Endeavour International Postgraduate Research Scholarship (EIPRS). This is a tuition fee scholarship for the duration of the PhD. Recipients of the EIPRS are usually also awarded an ANU PhD scholarship which provides a stipend for the duration of the program. The EIPRS round is offered once a year, with applications closing at the end of August.

There are also a limited number of RSBS specific scholarships for international students. These scholarships are stipend only, and international students must demonstrate a source of support for tuition fees. Tuition fees are $20, 090 per annum. (2007 Indicative rate.)
