**URGENT ALERT**

Last-minute problems with the program of the AOVSM Conference have meant that the meeting will end on Sunday afternoon, rather than on Monday. The alternative was to smear the program over the time allocated, which made little sense. We have therefore opted to compact it into two days. The meeting will end with poster displays and discussion from 16:15 to 18:30 on Sunday.

This should not pose problems for locals or for most out-of-town students, since there is a student function in the evening.

However, there may be more problems for out-of-town non-students who cannot change their travel arrangements, and are stuck in Canberra until the following day. Would anyone in this situation, student or non-student, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can see what we can do to help.
